[Regression]: Unable to scroll in Google Hangouts app using mouse wheel |

Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2694.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,windows Test URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-hangouts/knipolnnllmklapflnccelgolnpehhpl/related?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and add Google Hangouts app and launch it (2) Now click on sign in of Hangouts app and sign in to chrome (3) Try to scroll content of hangout app using mouse wheel. Expected: One should be able to scroll the content using mouse wheel Actual: Instead unable to scroll using mouse wheel. This is a regression issue broken in M51. Good Build: 51.0.2693.2 dev Bad Build: 51.0.2694.0 dev Unable to do tool bisect as in chromium builds unable to sign in to chrome. Hence providing manual changelog. Same underlying problem as issue 598658 . I've tried the fix for that issue and hangouts works correctly now. Just have to get that patch approved. |
