[Enhancement] Show mobileview without tools tabs

Reported by upendr...@gmail.com, Mar 30 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any website that we want to project mobile version
2. F12 and change to mobile
3. We see inspector or console or any other tab which isn't good when we are presenting page

What is the expected behavior?
There should be option to show only mobile emulation and not any debugging/inspector tabs

What went wrong?
do not want to show code when presenting mobile emulation

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Adding this feature will be very helpful when we want to share mobile view to managers, presenting it to clients etc.

You can undock DevTools window from current tab: Menu > Dock side > Undock into separate window and then minimize it. Does it work in your scenario?
