What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome,sign in into gmail with valid credentials.
(2) Click on 'Compose'(New Message overlay opens) then click on More options present at bottom right hand side.
(3) Select 'Check Spelling' option, now type text and click on 'Recheck' button then clear text and again type text.
(4) Observe the text background color.

Unnecessary yellow background color for text is seen while typing text.

Yellow background color for text should not seen while typing text.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-32', below is bisect info:
