flex-direction:column with overflow inside -> scrollbar is overlapping text

Issue description

Other browsers tested: 
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: N/A
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create flex container with flex-direction: column and two elements inside
(2) When first child element has parent with overflow auto and scroll appears, it will break the layout
(3) Height is recalculated correctly when resising browser

What is the expected result?
Height of element should be caclulated correctly on the first time, when scroll appears

What happens instead?
Scroll bar is overlapping with content

Verified the issue on Latest Stable# 49.0.2623.110 and was reproducible.

Verified the issue on Latest Canary# 51.0.2694.2 and could not reproduce the issue.
@urcite -- Could you please re-check on Latest Canary and confirm.

I have tested 50.0.2661.49 beta-m (64-bit) and 51.0.2695.1 canary (64-bit), both were ok, so it looks it's gonna be solved. Thanks!
