Issue description<b>Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'></b> URLs (if applicable) : http://codepen.io/anon/pen/oxeGWX Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: N/A Firefox: OK IE: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Create flex container with flex-direction: column and two elements inside (2) When first child element has parent with overflow auto and scroll appears, it will break the layout (3) Height is recalculated correctly when resising browser What is the expected result? Height of element should be caclulated correctly on the first time, when scroll appears What happens instead? Scroll bar is overlapping with content Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I have tested 50.0.2661.49 beta-m (64-bit) and 51.0.2695.1 canary (64-bit), both were ok, so it looks it's gonna be solved. Thanks!
