What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome
(2) Navigate to https://vimeo.com/87518452
(3) Click on Full screen Icon and observe

What is the expected output?
Video should be seen in full screen mode.

What do you see instead?
Video is not screen in full screen, tab strip and omni-box still displayed.

This is working fine in 50.0.2661.56. Will update other information soon.
