For root inclusions for any SSL/TLS issuing certificate, please see https://www.chromium.org/Home/chromium-security/root-ca-policy Which includes directions about who to contact to have your certificate recognized. Once recognized, please file a new bug for EV enablement, including the information indicated on that page. In particular, please note all audit information status. As part of better serving the Chromium user community, reviews for EV enablement in Chrome will be done in collaboration with Mozilla's review for EV enablement in Firefox. Please see https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA:How_to_apply to understand how that process works. Once you've completed all phases for discussion, and the community has decided to recognize such certificates as capable of issuing EV certificates, please file a new bug in this bug tracker to be enabled.
