Issue descriptionChrome Version : 50.0.2661.57 31761a6af4781d5cfd8ab5673f485a256dd5fe12-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#425} (32/64-bit) OS : All(Win 7 aero enabled). Url : http://www.godrejandboyce.com/godrejandboyce/index.aspx?id=16 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to above url. 2. Now click on search icon on top RHS and observe Actual: Flickering of page is observed on clicking search icon. Expected: Flickering of page should not be seen on clicking search icon. At a glance, the page is reloading when clicked, and then the main image is flickering. I guess https://codereview.chromium.org/673603002 would be more releveant to the issue than mine, which is a mechanical change. Lowered the priority to 2 as I believe this is not that severe. I personally think it's partially the web site's fault as it's reloading the page.

If the page is being reloaded then we will not fix this. We need time to parse and display the page, and on reload we blank the screen when the navigation begins (which bothers people a lot more than this). I don't trust regressions this far back. I think I saw exactly the same regression range on another bug, and it didn't make sense then either.
