"Files", "Gallery", "Audio Player", and "Video Player" each start three background pages when waking up from sleep.

Version: 50.0.2661.32 dev (64-bit)
OS: ChromeOS (Link, a.k.a. Pixel 1).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in.
2. Close lid and wait for system to sleep.
3. Open lid and log in.
4. Open task manager.

What is the expected output?
No background pages for these since I don't have any of them open.

What do you see instead?
See attached screen shot.

They are probably listening for chrome.idle onIdleStateChanged event, which wakes them up momentarily.
