Improve math in MediaControlsPainter adjustRectForPadding() |

Issue descriptionMediaControlsPainter fn adjustRectForPadding() adjusts the paint coordinates using some hacky math. It should do something nicer. Ideally, it will reuse something in LayoutObject / LayoutBox / etc. that already does it.
