A pretty simple extension of the existing accessibility_ChromeVoxSound autotest will prevent problems like  issue 597000 .

Before logging in, enable then disable ChromeVox.  Check for sound as in the following testcases.  If there is a crash, the test will fail.

We can't use the same extension method to check for whether ChromeVox was enabled, but just checking for sound should be ok for now.
