chromium-try-flakes should report level of flakiness and base revisions

Project Member Reported by jochen@chromium.org, Mar 29 2016

Issue description

on a page like this: https://chromium-try-flakes.appspot.com/all_flake_occurrences?key=ahVzfmNocm9taXVtLXRyeS1mbGFrZXNyLwsSBUZsYWtlIiR3ZWJnbF9jb25mb3JtYW5jZV90ZXN0cyAod2l0aCBwYXRjaCkM I'd like to see the base revisions of the failing try runs and not just their dates. That would make deriving a range for bisecting easier.

It would also be great to give an indication of failure frequency, i.e. 1 try run flakes per 1000 tryruns or similar.

Adding a revision is a good idea and can be done relatively easily. Regarding the failure frequency, we do not record success runs yet to be able to do that, please see issue 583446.

Since this issue is blocking issue 545408 and I'm the only one working on flakiness pipeline, I'm assigning this to myself to keep track of it. This does not mean that I am planning to work on this any soon.

Not planning to work on this soon. Now that it has Infra>Flakiness>Pipeline, no need for it to be assigned to me.
Status: Archived (was: Available)
Pri-3 with no updates in 180+ days that are available and have no owner == Archived. Feel free to update status, add context as to why and move this along.
