What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to docs.google.com, and  open a Presentation file
2. set IME to Simplified Chinese 
3. enter "men", and select the emoji from Chinese candidate window

What is the expected result?  What happens instead?
The emoji appears as blank space.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Not reproduce the issue on Candy device.
Will check the issue on M50/M51-Daisy
