Steps to reproduce the problem:
(1) open download tab inside chrome browser
(2) prerequisite is that you have deleted allot of files you have been downloading
(3) start downloading some file
(4) start removing entries from list in download page
(5) multiple records appears for content you started downloading 2 steps ago indicating that they were started sometime in past

What is the expected behavior?
There should be just one record for each download

What went wrong?
multiple records for same download in list, indicating that they are started on different days.
