Issue descriptionChrome Version : 46.0.2490.80 (Officiƫle build) m (32-bits) (for enterprise) URLs (if applicable) : chrome://policy What steps will reproduce the problem? Startup the browser and set policy trough adm file for chrome: DefaultBrowserSettingEnabled = false = OK What is the expected result? I want no questions about default browser choice. I don't want chrome to ask me what the default browser should be. The policy DefaultBrowserSettingEnabled on false should arrange this for me. What happens instead? With this policy on true or false (makes no difference) it still asks me if i want to make chrome the default browser.

Note this report comes in for Chrome 46 - did we perhaps fix a regression here recently?
