What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) click on "more about chrome"
(2) get 404 errorpage
(3) enjoy deadlink

Able to reproduce the above issue & its related to documentation, hence marking the same as Untriaged. 

Clink on Learn more link give 404 error, below is the link.
