Gap at bottom of homescreen standalone view

Add https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/ to homescreen & launch. See gap at the bottom of the screen.

Screenshot is from a Nexus 6p, Chrome Canary.

I've made this P1 as getting this stuff right is important for progressive web apps.

The bug this has been merged into seems to be mostly unrelated, as it's too do with vh units and the address bar.

Gap looks like the height of the notification bar, so guessing in same code area, but does look like a separate bug for sure.
