Back navigation issue is seen on opening Lumin pdf app from chrome://apps.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, open Chrome web store by navigating to above url and add 'Lumin pdf' app
2) Now open the 'Lumin pdf' app from 'chrome://apps/' 
3) Now click on 'click to go back' arrow icon in order to go to previous page and observe

Actual : On clicking back button it does not navigate to previous page
Expected : Previous page should get open after clicking 'click to go back' arrow (back button)icon.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)
