[Chrome][M49][Android 6.0] Unable to attach files at mail.google.com

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome 2. Load http://mail.google.com and sign in. 3. Compose a new mail 4. Attach any file on the device. What is the expected behavior? Files should be attached. What went wrong? Files are not attached. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.91 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 It's not reproduced if Chrome has "Storage" permission.(Setting > Chrome > Permissions > Enable Storage)

Tested with latest build and not see any issue to attach files to Gmail. Could you please re-test with latest build

I've tested in on M50 and it is not reproducible on M50 any more.
