Chrome doesn't clean 'session' cookie's when closing browser

Issue description
Chrome Version : 49.0.262387
Other browsers tested:
Safari: OK
Firefox: OK
IE: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create cookie by JS (document.cookie = 'test=1;')
(2) Close browser
(3) Open browser - cookie still exist.
What is the expected result?
Delete cookie after closing browser.
What happens instead?
Cookie still exist.
In OS X working correctly.

Correct - if you choose to restore tabs on startup ("Continue where I left off"), session cookies are retained. Given the multitude of product form questions, stack overflow questions, and bugs filed on this topic, perhaps we should communicate that more clearly. We do mention it somewhere in the Help Center though.
neracastle@, do you have that setting? Does changing the startup behavior fix the problem?
