Downloaded images is not showing in Save file as window |

Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2692.0 (Official Build) OS: Chrome Platform: 8125.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Daisy What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user>> try to download one image>> open Files.app>> minimize the Files.app Window>> again try to download some images>> and then observe the Save as Files.app Window Expected: All the download images should be shown in Save file as Files.app Window Actual: Instead it is not showing all the images which were already there in Files.app downloads tab This is a Regression issue as it is working fine in 50.0.2661.50/7978.29.0 beta-channel Daisy
