Look up dictionary by 3 finger tap doesn't consider vertical layout

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open vertical layout site that uses -webkit-writing-mode. Ex. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/141502/EPUB/a_scandal_in_bohemia-CHGOV.html 2. 3 finger tap or cmd + ctrl+ d to look up dictionary What is the expected behavior? Selected word should be vertical layout. But chrome doesn't support it. Also, safari works fine. What went wrong? see screenshot. selected word should be vertical layout Did this work before?
