Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open vertical layout site that uses -webkit-writing-mode. Ex. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/141502/EPUB/a_scandal_in_bohemia-CHGOV.html
2. 3 finger tap or cmd + ctrl+ d to look up dictionary

What is the expected behavior?
Selected word should be vertical layout.  But chrome doesn't support it.   Also, safari works fine.
