Various problems seen:

* At least for an infobar drawn on browser start (use the "make default browser" infobar in Chromium with a new profile), the infobar arrow looks as if it has some kind of uninitialized-variable issue, or does its initial layout before all the contributing values have been set.  It draws at one width.  If you switch tabs and then switch back, the width is different.  NOTE: I cannot seem to reproduce this issue suddenly.

* Hit ctrl-shift-b to open the bookmark bar, and the tip doesn't go high enough.  Also, it looks too wide at the base.  I thought it was supposed to be the same width as with the bar closed.
