Issue descriptionVersion: Chrome Canary and Dev OS: all What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open up the chrome://net-internals and go to the QUIC page (2) There is no indication of whether the disable_quic_on_timeout_with_open_streams feature is enabled, but there is an indication for other QUIC experiments. Ideally there would be indication for disable_quic_on_timeout_with_open_streams as well.
