Print preview not working blank page when PDF file is embedded in html file

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.108 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open a html page (see comments) 
2. press CTRL+P
3. empty blank page

What is the expected behavior?
should be the page with PDF file

What went wrong?
empty preview page 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.108  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Given the version numbers in comment 1, the "narrow" changelist is a bit too narry. The actual list of changes span r310959 to r311451, and the actual culprit is r311225.

I probably need to fix printing for OOPIF for this to work again, right?
