Removing a particular Autofill "saved text" suggestion (i.e. a record from the "autofill" table) is currently only possible through a keyboard shortcut (<Shift> + <Del>).

Given that we do not surface these suggestions in chrome://settings, it would seem desirable to introduce a visible piece of UI as part of the Autofill drop-down, hence a more intuitive way for the user, to delete any unwanted suggestions.
