What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and login to www.facebook.com with valid credentials.
2. Rt. click on any video to open context menu and click on 'Show video URL' option.
3. Now press right/left arrow key from keyboard and observe the video URL in textbox.

Nothing happens on pressing right/left arrow key from keyboard.
Keyboard shortcut should work for video URL text-box.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series.

Note: 
1. This is working fine in Firefox browser.
2. Rt arrow, left arrow and Ctrl+A etc key doesn't work for video URL in text-box.
