Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome
2. Create new tab (Open any web page(f.e www.tut.by))
3. Click the menu 
4. Click settings
5. Quickly exit from settings by "back" button (You should do it in 3-5 sec.)

What is the expected behavior?
The black window don`t apears

What went wrong?
The black window flashes after you exit from setings (fast, but you can see it)
