Regression: Unnecessary background grey highlight is seen on extension icon after closing context menu.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2692.0 Revision 21ad7445a7f1b2dfa2e8ee6475594b9037b3c7c8-refs/heads/master@{#383454}(32/64 bit) OS:Windows(Win-7 Aero Enabled), Linux Precondition : Enable "extension toolbar redesign" flag from chrome flags to view the Extension toolbar in wrench menu. URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/honey/bmnlcjabgnpnenekpadlanbbkooimhnj/related?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to above url and click on 'ADD TO Chrome' 2. Right click on extension icon and select 'Hide in chrome menu' option. 3. Click on wrench menu,right click on extension icon then press 'Esc' key and observe the highlight on extension icon. Unnecessary background grey highlight is seen on extension icon after closing context menu. No such grey highlight should seen after closing context menu. Just to update Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 51.0.2695.1. varkha@ Could you please look into this issue if it is related to your change,else please route this to an appropriate owner for this issue. Thanks,

This is WAI. The extension icon is still hot-tracked and this matches the behavior of the submenus where if you open them and Esc out the submenu parent item is still hot-tracked. |
