Issue descriptionChrome Version: 49.0.2623.110 (Official Build) 575538bc320e213510be1e66f3521382e615129d-refs/branch-heads/2623@{#657} 32/64-bit. OS: All(Win 7-Aero enabled) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and go to www.irctc.co.in 2. Give valid 'User ID' and 'Password' and then enter wrong 'Captcha' in textbox. 3. Now, click on 'Login' button and observe the focus. Unnecessary focus is seen in User ID text-box instead of 'OK' button. Focus should seen on ‘OK’ button of ‘Login Error’ overlay. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-30 series. Note: 1. Bug Reference # 568498: As per comment # 4 logging this as a new bug. 2. This issue is not seen in Mozilla Firefox browser. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

It looks reproducing, now with a valid credential. (was with an *invalid* one in issue 568498 ). It seems hard to create an account outside India, so unless reduced test case or some valid account is available, it is difficult to even investigate what is going on.
