Issue descriptionChrome Version:51.0.2692.0 (Official Build)21ad7445a7f1b2dfa2e8ee6475594b9037b3c7c8-refs/heads/master@{#383454} OS: Mac What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://app.mysms.com/ 2. Click on ‘Play icon’ seen on webpage and observe the video. Actual: Content of the video is not seen properly (i.e. video is not rendering properly and the control are not visible on hovering for a while.) Expected: Content of the video should be seen properly This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 51’ and below is narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/1ba5ac190a8a46a6ac5b8f1b06bcb66ec6eb967e..c8a44434aaa8efe3621cbda4722c7527378fb6d8?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r382975 ? Please help to reassign if your change is not the cause. Good build:51.0.2688.0 Bad build:51.0.2689.0 Note: This is Mac OS specific issue not seen on Linux and Windows

This regression is correctly assigned -- thanks. This doesn't reproduce on my machine -- could you attach your about:gpu for the affected machine so that I can reproduce locally. This is somewhat interrelated with issue 598388 -- I reverted a patch for that -- I'm leaving this one in for now to ensure that the crashing issues are correctly diagnosed.

This is fixed, but I will break it again soon when I try to re-apply the patches that caused it. I'll try to get a HD4000 to see if I can make it reproduce with that machine.

chris@, please let me know in-case if you need any help with the repro in future. I have "HD 4000" and able to reproduce the above issue on reported version of chrome, however it is working fine on ToT. Thank you!

Update: Issue not reproducible on Mac 10.11.4 with chrome version '52.0.2705.0'. @ccameron: Hey, would you mind checking the above issue as per comment#7 ? Appreciate your help. Thank you!

Note: Above issue is not reproducible on Mac 10.10.5 with Latest Canary Version: 52.0.2705.0 fefaf92686d3786bd74fbda74d7dff3ca2f49e3e-refs/heads/master@{#386318} and also on Chrome Version:51.0.2704.2 dev
