Formats used by RealSense cameras missing in kernel.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Plug in RealSense camera to a ChromeBook 
2. Try using it via 'librealsense'
3. Notice crash.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Kernel patches are required for the R200 depth camera to work. Need to the add code & documentation to formats used by RealSense cameras.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

RealSense camera could be used in conjunction with ChromeBooks on future use-cases.

UPSTREAM: UVC: Add support for R200 depth camera

Add support for Intel R200 depth camera in uvc driver.
This includes adding new uvc GUIDs for the new pixel formats,
adding new V4L pixel format definition to user api headers,
and updating the uvc driver GUID-to-4cc tables with the new formats.

I saw the update of  issue 574533 , so is chromeos-4.4 opened now? or wait Olof's announcement?

Kindly ask is the chromeos-4.4 tree unlocked now?

If yes, I tried to reuse and reupload Valentin's work, turned out Gerrit still gave me a new change URL, as below:
