Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2692.0 (Official Build) 21ad7445a7f1b2dfa2e8ee6475594b9037b3c7c8-refs/heads/master@{#383454} 32/64 Bit. OS: Windows (Win 7 Aero-Enabled) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.google.co.in/maps/@0,-39.4284085,2z?hl=en 2. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to open dev tools, dock it to right. 3. Toggle to device mode and select any device for eg 'iPhone 6' 4. Click on search bar menu button, try to scroll using middle mouse scroll. Actual: Unable to scroll the Google maps menu in device mode. Expected: Should be able to scroll the menu. This is a regression issue broken in m-51, will soon update the other info.

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11 chrome version 51.0.2699.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) dgozman@, Could you please take a look.

This is not an issue: desktop version of maps is not meant to work on mobile device. If we reload between step 3 and 4, menu works fine. |
