The web page loaded is not proper

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Type the URL or make any word search in Google chrome.

2. Proper webpage should get or proper error message should get display

Web page should get after page laoad

I tried same steps on Moto E and I dont see any error. Same page is shown on Desktop and Mobile Chrome. When I tap on "Optimize battery now" button I get "Error 400
Campaign data was not completing when handling click or visit"
which is same as desktop chrome. What is the expected behavior? Also from screenshot it looks like there is a virus on your phone.

Still the issue is persistent.but it's not affecting me much . So leave it.
