We are aware of this problem and it appears to be related to the iOS 9.3 update. It has been reported in the press, e.g. http://9to5mac.com/2016/03/27/some-users-reporting-iphone-crashes-on-ios-9-3-when-tapping-links-in-safari-and-other-apps/

We are in contact with Apple on this issue (rdar://25386880). Sorry, we don't have further information at this time.
Status: Fixed (was: ExternalDependency)
