Context Menu Does not show up

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2690.0 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Developer Tools > Console > select element(s) by any selector ( eg. $('.ui-pane') )
2. right click on any of resultant elements and select Edit as HTML
3. once done , the same context menu does not appear on console and No Context Menu at all in Elements Tab of Developer Tools
What is the expected behavior?
Context menu should Appear in Elements Tab at least
What went wrong?
Right clicking on any elements in Elements Tab does nothing
Did this work before? N/A
Chrome version: 51.0.2690.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
