Looks like all of the devices for this bot are down now (USB hub broken?)

Hub was powered off.  This happened the other day on Android Nexus9 Perf (2) in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=598057.  I just check that one again and it was powered off again as well.

I'm suspecting that 7 x N9's per hub is too much of a power draw at times.   I'm going to see if we split these up over 2 hubs.
