What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Control + Mouse click brings up option menu, will not save images or links
(2) Also clicking to save files with "Click to Save" buttons doesn't work either
(3)

What is the expected result?
The correct result would be files are saved.

What happens instead?
Nothing, files do no save
