UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Dev Tools -> Network and record network requests 
2. Select a pending network request that is NOT at the top of the list (you may need to throttle your network to get a request slow enough to catch, it works both throttled and unthrottled)
3. Keep the request selected until it completes.

What is the expected behavior?
The selected request should stay selected

What went wrong?
The selection jumps a different request as soon as the selected request completes.  It appears to jump to the request directly above the originally selected request.  

See attachment where I originally select the "changeTeam" request that is pending, then when it completes, the selection jumps to the "ping" request above it.

Tested with throttling and non-throttling, incognito with no extensions, on Mac.
