Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2687.0 OS: ANdroid This is a regression from M49. It starts to fail on M50 as well. It only repro on Android K device but not on Androil L device. by looking at DevToolBar console, it shows: Uncaught DOMException: The play() request was interrupted by a new load request. Uncaught DOMException: The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause(). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) navigate to http://www.nytimes.com/video on Android K device (2) play any video What is the expected output? video plays normally What do you see instead? video is not played, sometimes ad can be played but after ad, vidoe loading and playing halt

I think they are different. 584738 is about some video not loaded on Android L. This one is regarding all videos not loaded and on the same device, M49 can play all videos. I'd suggest take a look.

Is this w/ spitzer enabled or even without?

in M50 and M51, it happens with and without spitzer. But on M49, video is loaded even with spitzer enabled.
