Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.108 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.open pdf link 2. try to scroll up and down 3. the ui sticks while changing pages (up&down) What is the expected behavior? 1. open pdf link 2. try to scroll up and down 3. the ui is fluid What went wrong? The UI doesnt responds quickly as it should. Did this work before? Yes 2 versions before Chrome version: 49.0.2623.108 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 Waiting to fix this issue, do not like to switch too much between pdf viewe apps, liked more the old pdf viewer. I think this bug can be related to the new material design.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Can you provide a screencast of the issue or a particular pdf link that might cause the issue?
