.ogv, .opus.ogv are not supported on android device. is it by design? This is not a regression. it is not caused by enabling spitzer too.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) on android device, navigate to http://172.17.32.252/videostack/testmatrix/index.html?file=avatar2.ogv
or http://172.17.32.252/videostack/testmatrix/index.html?file=trek2.opus.ogv

What is the expected output?
video play normally

What do you see instead?
video is not loaded and played.
