What is the bug or feature:
After forcing a rerun(force=1), Swarming task and try job disappeared from the result page.

Reason:
Only rerun analysis causing wf_analysis.failure_result_map missing. Cannot link to swarming task and try job.

Need to separate failure_result_map to another place.
