Multiple spaces in nested contenteditable element doesn't work properly

Reported by vitaliy....@gmail.com, Mar 25 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://jsfiddle.net/Sadovik/wy63hqmh/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Paste the caret at the end of line
2. Start typing a lot of spaces
3. See the result

What is the expected behavior?
ER: The caret should go to another line and we shouldn't see the scroll on X-axis. FF and IE work correctly.

What went wrong?
AR: The caret goes out of element and we have the scroll on X-axis

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

In editable.html, you can find another behavior. No matter from where you start typing spaces you will see the scroll on X-axis.
