[Chrome][M49][Android 6.0] Video playback blinking when changing rotation from portrait to landscape

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Go to "m.movie.naver.com"
3. Play any movie trailer at portrait mode
4. Touch "full screen" button
5. Rotate device from portrait to landscape

What is the expected behavior?
Video playback should be smooth when changing rotation from portrait to landscape.

What went wrong?
Video playback is blinking when changing rotation from portrait to landscape and from landscape to portrait.

Did this work before? Yes M46

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
