We are passed the feature freeze date for M51 and trying to lock down the shipping set of features.  To help clarify what's actually shipping we are trying an experiment and removing the the milestone label from all Luanch-Status-Pending issues (since there appears to be no activity in review leading into feature freeze).

If you still plan to ship for M51, please feel free to set the milestone label back, and ideally transition to a review/request state.

I recreated an issue for shipping ExtendableMessageEvent as a proper Launch-OWP issue ( issue 598608 ). This ( issue 597907 ) was wrongly created as a general feature launch issue and associated with some unremovable Launch-* labels that could be confusing.
