Sheets - arrowing through menus will speak "you're online, cell contents/coordinate followed by menu item"

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Open Sheets
2. Enable ChromeVox Next
3. ALT+SHIFT+F to go to Menu > DOWN ARROW through menu items

Observed:
cvox2 utters "you're online, cell content+coordinates, then menu item"

Expected:
Only "menu item" to be uttered
