When using up/down arrow in DOcs - text is repeated 2x

1. Open Docs
2. Enable ChromeVox Next
3. Use UP/DOWN to Navigate by lines

OObserved:
Text of line is repeated 2x

Expected:
Text of line to be uttered once

Is this with braille mode on in Docs?
