Checksum persisted Files to detect OS/disk-level corruption

At chrome scale, we're bound to have cases where bad media, cosmic rays, etc. result in corrupted data.

Databases (e.g. leveldb) do checksums to identify data corruption. Doing something similar for filesystem is plausible.
