Mac non-oilpan bots are failing a bunch of layout tests after being rolled back to 10.9

A cursory glance at a couple of failures made it look like the fonts are out of whack, but supposedly that shouldn't be the case.

I (or someone else) needs to dig in further to see what's going on. Suppressing the failures for now to green up the tree.
