marpan@, can you take a look? A wide variety of tests appear to have been impacted, including those related to SSIM, PSNR, bitrate, frame size, and timing (e.g. sender and receiver times).

Note that I've linked a bunch of improvements that are also associated with r12096, so this might be another example where we determine if the improvements outweigh the regressions.

There is a bugfix in libvpx (regarding the encoding mode used in the screenshare_2sl test) that should improve some of the plots that show regression. 
The fix will get rolled in today so will monitor the changes tomorrow or monday.

The graphs have mostly recovered from the roll last week.
